Story
Where it started
I was raised on a small farm, where I learned at an early age the value of hard work and the importance of knowing where your food comes from. Having the opportunity to care for, grow, and harvest the food that provided for our family gave me a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation for the work that goes into putting food on the table.
Proudly served in the United States Army, an experience that helped shape the discipline, work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way that I carry into my work today.
For more than 28 years, I have worked in custom welding and fabrication. My passion is creating designs that are user-friendly for all walks of life and all levels of cooking experience, especially for live-fire cooking.
My passion for cooking
Outside of fabrication, I have a true passion for cooking. Whether it's smoking, live-fire cooking, grilling, or camp-style cooking, I've spent years learning through experience, trial and error, and plenty of time around the fire.
Cooking has always been more than simply preparing a meal to me. It's about bringing people together.
Some of the best memories are made around a fire with family and friends: sharing food, telling stories, teaching the next generation, and enjoying time together. That's the experience I want my products to help create.
